Nicola is the UK Insights and Research Lead at Gleeds, an Associate Director within their London Cost Management team, and a Chartered Surveyor. With 15 years of experience across Commercial, Education, and Residential sectors, Nicola now focuses her time researching construction and market data, and developing strategies which unlock innovation and accuracy within the global built environment.

Nicola will be presenting alongside James Garner, Global Head of Data, Insights and Analytics of Gleeds.
