Nigel joined British Land in 1992 and was appointed Head of Development in July 2003. Nigel has over 35 years of experience in property investment and development and has been responsible for over 15m sq ft of development including some of London's landmark buildings. His experience includes projects such as The Leadenhall Building (“Cheesegrater”), The Broadgate Tower, The Willis Building, the UBS headquarters at 5 Broadgate, Ropemaker Place, 100 Liverpool St and development of the Regents' Place campus.

Nigel is a member of the Board of Trustees for the V&A Museum & Chair of the Construction Industry Productivity Taskforce.

Nigel will be speaking on "Construction Productivity Taskforce" at Construction Productivity Conference.
